PER service fees are final sale. Refunds only for technical failures or accidental duplicate charges. The full fee is adjustable toward a full visa application with DreamVisas.
Personal Evaluation Report (PER) service purchases are final sale and non-refundable except in the limited cases below. This is a consultant-prepared report, not an instant digital download.
Credit toward full application
The full amount paid (₹5,900 GST-inclusive) is fully adjustable when you proceed with the complete visa application process through DreamVisas.
Eligible refunds
- Technical failures preventing us from recording or processing your paid order
- Accidental duplicate purchases (with proof of payment)
